Bug: Going from Product pages to Shipping & Delivery

There seems to be a bug when you go from any product page on the mid-section and click on the menu Shipping & Payment. This will show a page and details which doesn't seem to be editable. Thus, if you edit on the Pages menu 'Home' and 'Shipping & Delivery' to say, we ship to 50 countries, on the 'Shipping & Payment' it will still say we ship to 200 countries.

Please suggest a way to edit the Shipping & Payment' page.
